Mark Levin maintains his law office in Roseland, New Jersey, concentrating on general tax law with an emphasis on elder law and estate planning.
Formerly an attorney with the Internal Revenue Service, Estate and Gift Tax Division, Mr. Levin is a member of the New Jersey and New York Bars. Co-author of Practitioners 706/709 Deskbook (a practical publication on how to prepare Federal Estate and Tax Returns and Federal Gift Tax Returns), he has lectured for New Jersey ICLE, the Joint Conference on Law and Aging in Washington, D.C., Rutgers Law School-Camden, and numerous professional organizations and associations. A volunteer attorney at Union County Legal Services since 1986, he is the recipient of the Legal Services of New Jersey Equal Justice Medal for pro-bono services for low income residents of Union County.
Mr. Levin received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his J.D. from the Rutgers University School of Law-Camden. He also earned a LL.M. in Taxation from the New York University Graduate School of Law.
Mr. Levin has been named a New Jersey Super Lawyer for the years 2007, 2008 and 2009.
